42 institutions to become 2007 national demonstration project construction units

The Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance recently issued a circular to determine Beijing Industrial Vocational and Technical College, and other 42 higher vocational institutions for the 2007 annual "national model building program of higher vocational institutions," project construction units, the project construction period is three years.  

    The circular said that all localities in institutions of education-related executive departments should organize side, in accordance with the "Ministry of Education Ministry of Finance on the implementation of the national model building program of higher vocational institutions of higher vocational education reform and accelerate the development of views" (the high[2006] 14) and "the Ministry of Education on higher vocational education and comprehensively enhance the quality of teaching opinions" (the high[2006] 16) to further improve the enrollment batch, inter-provincial entrance, a separate enrollment pilot, professional set up, and other related policies to promote project construction units to strengthen education reform and teaching content-building to guide its continually enhance the teaching level.

����Local education, the financial departments and institutions held on the project in accordance with the responsibilities of building units focused support to ensure that the funds promptly and fully in place.Central government departments and private institutions in addition to the board to fulfill its commitment to the declaration of the special funds, but also increase their respective institutions input in the project to ensure that the "11th Five-Year Plan" at the end of project construction units in student budget standards for the region to achieve the same type of ordinary Colleges standard student budget allocation.

����All localities should strictly abide by the "national model building program of higher vocational institutions Interim Measures," (the high [2007]12) the relevant provisions of the Central special funds mainly used to support key construction project construction units to improve the teaching profession Training experimental conditions, pioneers in professional training and backbone teachers, curriculum system and the reform of educational content.Central to be earmarked special funds shall not be used for infrastructure construction and the introduction of full-time staff, and so on.
