Gold and Silver Sprouts

Ingredients:
(1)
6 sections green onion (nearly 3cm for each)
20g Chinese Chives (about 3cm for each section)
(2)
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. sugar
1 t. vinegar
(3) 1/3oz. (10 g) fried gluten balls
(4) 1 lb. (400 g.) mung bean sprouts
(5) 2 T. vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
Flatten the fried gluten balls and cut them into 3 sections. Be careful of your fingers!
Heat 2T. vegetable oil and stir-fry the gluten balls until they are crispy, then move them out of the pan.
Put ingredient (1) into the oil and stir-fry until it's fragrant, and add mung bean sprouts and stir-fry with high heat for a few seconds, then add ingredient (2).
Stir-fry and mix well. Then move to a plate and serve.
